Peete River Farms Short-Term Rental Notification Process
(Short-Term Rental is any rental agreement less than 30 Days)
- To maintain the harmony we have created in our Peete River Farm community, the Peete River Farm Property Owners Association (POA) has imposed reporting requirements on Property Owners that utilize their properties for short-term rentals. Upon the execution of a short-term rental agreement for a property in Peete River Farm, the applicable Property Owner must complete this form, sign it and upload it via the peeteriverfarm.com/short-term-rentals web page prior to the start of the rental period for each Rental Agreement executed. Failure to comply with this require could result in a fine being imposed by the POA.
